S’mores Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies
These cookies are the perfect combo of chewy chocolate chip cookies and s’mores. There is a burst of flavor in every bite which will leave everyone coming back for more.
They are mouthwatering and addictive, they will be sure to become a new family favorite!
How to Make
Ingredients Needed:
- Salted butter (softened at room temperature)
- Granulated sugar
- Light brown sugar
- Large egg
- Vanilla extract
- All purpose flour
- Instant vanilla pudding mix
- Baking soda
- Salt
- Mini semisweet chocolate chips
- Chocolate squares
- Graham crackers (you will use 1/2 cracker on each cookie)
- Large marshmallows (cut in half)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- In a large bowl cream the butter, sugar and brown sugar using an electric mixer
- Add the egg and vanilla, mix until combined
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together flour, vanilla pudding mix, baking soda and salt
- Gradually add in the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix just until combined
- Stir in the chocolate chips
- Scoop 2 tablespoons of cookie dough and flatten using the bottom of a cup
- Place 1/2 graham cracker, chocolate square and 1/2 large marshmallow (stretched to flatten) on top of the flattened cookie dough
- Scoop another 2 tablespoons of cookie dough, flatten and place on top to cover the s’mores ingredients (be sure to seal the sides so it doesn’t seep out while cooking)
- Be sure to space out the cookies on the tray, they will spread while cooking (place 6 on each tray)
- Place in the oven for 12-13 minutes, or until the edges are golden
- Allow to cool on the hot tray for 10 minutes before moving to a cooling rack

Notes
I recommend cooking 1 tray at a time in the oven so the cookies cook evenly.
