Creamy Cheesecake Dip
This cheesecake dip is a quick, easy, and delicious recipe made with only 5 simple ingredients. It is great for an occasion. This dip is packed with a rich and creamy flavor, everyone will be coming back for seconds! Be careful, it disappears quick!!
You can enjoy the dip on its own, or get creative with the toppings. It tastes great topped with fresh fruit, a little scoop of strawberry jelly swirled in or graham cracker crumbs on top … or all 3! There are also so many things you can use to dip, I prefer to scoop it with graham crackers, but vanilla wafers, fresh strawberries also work!
How to Make
Ingredients:
- Full fat cream cheese, softened at room temperature
- Vanilla extract
- Fresh squeezed lime juice
- Sour cream
- Powdered sugar
- Optional for toppings: fresh cut strawberries, strawberry jelly, graham cracker crumbs
- Graham crackers for dipping
Directions:
- Begin by creaming together the cream cheese and vanilla using an electric mixer until smooth
- Add in lime juice and sour cream and mix agian
- Gradually add in the powdered sugar. Be sure to scrape the sides of the bowl using a rubber spatula to make sure it is all incorporated well
- Transfer to serving dish and top with desired toppings – I like to sprinkle crushed graham cracker crumbs to give it a good crunch

- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp fresh lime juice
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 sleeves of graham crackers for dipping
- Optional for toppings: fresh cut strawberries strawberry jelly, graham cracker crumbs
