Directions to make:

- Add in the eggs and vanilla, mix until combined.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients – flour, pudding mix, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mix between additions until all combined.
- Add in chocolate chips and fold in until they are evenly distributed in the dough.
- Scoop cookies onto the tray and space them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake cookies for 10 minutes or until edges are light golden brown.
- Let the cookies cool on the tray for about 3 minutes and then move onto a cooling rack to come to room temperature before storing.
I recommend cooking only 1 tray in the oven at a time so the heat distributes evenly to cook the perfect chewy chocolate chip cookie.
Yes! After making the dough, you can place in a freezer safe and seal tight container. In order to thaw, place in the fridge the night before using or come to room temperature on the counter for a few hours.
Yes, these cookies freeze great! Freezing is perfect if you are someone who likes to have cookies on hand to take out a few at a time, or if you are making ahead for a party! Simply allow to come to room temperature after cooking and place in a freezer safe gallon ziploc bag. To thaw, take out of the freezer a few hours before consuming OR heat in a microwave or toaster oven if you are just heating a few at a time.
